Bathroom renovation
The work consists of removal and demolishing the old bathroom and preparing new water, sewage, and electrical installations. Then, the walls and floors will be levelled and primed for waterproof insulation (tanking) in wet zones. The next phase involves laying wall and floor tiles, grouting, and silicone sealing. Finally, the white assembly will be completed, including the installation of sanitaryware (WC, washbasin, shower/bathtub, faucets), lighting, accessories, and performing final operational tests.
Structural reinforcement
Replacing a compromised original lintel with a new steel beam to permanently reinforce the structural load of the floor above.
Underfloor heating
A step-by-step visual log of a dry-system underfloor heating installation, tracking the process from subfloor leveling and board layout to pipe routing, seam filling, and final manifold connection.
